Coconut Chips

Snack on these quick and simple coconut chips and you can up your mineral intake. Coconut is extremely rich in manganese, copper and iron. So don’t hesitate to enjoy these delicious treats!

Coconut ChipsIngredient:

  • 1 fresh coconut

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Open coconut and halve.
  3. Either slice thinly with mandolin or use vegetable peeler to shave off thin slices.
  4. Place coconut shavings onto baking sheet in single layers.
  5. Bake for 5-8 minutes until they begin to brown.
