- 1 fresh coconut
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Open coconut and halve.
- Either slice thinly with mandolin or use vegetable peeler to shave off thin slices.
- Place coconut shavings onto baking sheet in single layers.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes until they begin to brown.
